One of the original, iconic 1969 Sun Valley mountain condo’s, known for its privacy and close proximity to prime amenities. This remodel demanded immense creativity in space planning. What we are most proud of in this project is not visible to the eye. One of the biggest challenges we faced in this project was the non existent floor system between the two levels. In order for us to provide this unit with a primary bathroom, we had to think outside the box to accommodate plumbing through hidden soffits and cosmetic beams. Every square foot was maximized, overlooking no area of functionality, while also keeping aesthetics a priority. This project was nothing short of a challenge, but that’s what CF thrives on. Every challenge was looked at as an opportunity for something great.
