This residential project is located within one of the newest commercial buildings in the heart and city core of Ketchum, Idaho. This was a unique project because the client presented CF with the opportunity to remodel this condo, while it was still under construction.

This created specialcircumstances where CF was able to alter walls, manipulate electrical paths, and enhance finishes and materials. This further contributed to personalizing the space for this family.
