Riverfront Living

Riverfront Living is a stunning duplex located in Ketchum, Idaho. There is no property closer to the river than this one, making it special in every way. This project was exclusively interior work and had a goal to maximize every square inch. This was done by adding spaces and further improving existing spaces through unique space planning and the use of split floors. CF covered everything from custom cabinets, wall systems, plumbing, electrical systems, all the way down to custom rugs and furnishings.

The one space that was not touched in this project was the laundry room. Uniquely, the clients reached out years later to have CF complete their final space. This situation lends itself well to CF’s longterm relationship with their clients.
