Owner, Principal Architect — AIA, NCARB

Carmen Finegan

Carmen's unique perspective and global design eye are deeply rooted in her heritage. It is her dynamic personality that drives the personal connections she builds with her clients that truly sets her apart. She finds genuine joy in solving complex architectural puzzles with striking solutions, routinely pushing structural boundaries without ever sacrificing function. Sensitivity to context and the natural environment is always a top priority; symmetry, clean lines, proportion, and human scale remain the quiet signatures consistent across all her projects. Carmen and her team welcome projects large or small with the same enthusiasm and are always eager to make the world a little prettier one project at a time.

Abby Beckley

Abby holds a degree in Interior Architecture from San Diego State University and is Carmen's right-hand collaborator. She manages design work, client meetings, job site visits, and submittals — handling multiple project responsibilities simultaneously with care and precision.

Project Architect / Designer

Felipe Leal

Felipe is our Senior Architect. He works closely with Carmen to make bold ideas real and tangible. He is always looking for ways to improve functionality and excels at tackling the most technical side of what we do. Felipe received his master's in architecture from UNIMETA in Colombia.

Vanessa Olmos

We are lucky to have Vanessa as one of our remote Architect. Her eye for detail and persistence for perfection sets her apart. She is an expert at technical 3D visualizations. Vanessa received her master's in architecture from UNIMETA in Colombia. Although she works remotely, she leaves a big mark on all CF projects.
