Light Industrial

One of the most rewarding architectural proposals CF has had the privilege to present to a client. This condo located in the light-industrial zone is unique in its narrow layout. CF created a homey feel despite the limitation of natural light. There is a very large and open staircase in the middle of the space and interior windows to let in more light to all spaces. CF embraced the high ceilings and the exposed the structure and mechanical ducts. Instead of trying to conceal them they were highlighted in orange, a color the clients resonated with deeply. This unique feature harmoniously blended with their interior décor.
