Ketchum Penthouse

This residential condo sits on top of a booming commercial ground level. With this, not much was able to be done to the exterior, but the interior made up for it. All walls were torn down, and added were new partition walls and a whole new interior layout. CF approached this space in respect to the client, taking a masculine and industrial approach. There is a lot of steel, blacks, grays and whites. Everything is personalized, from the cabinets, window treatments, carpet, all the way down to the custom log set for inside of the  ireplace.

This speaks volumes for CF’s ability to adapt, offer and achieve any and every vision of the clients at hand.
