Family House Renovation

Originally a duplex, this project presented all the opportunities to make it a great single-family home with subtle, yet impactful modifications. It was remodeled to the studs, and outfit with impeccable details. A special feature about this home is that you cannot tell whether it was remodeled this year or 10 years ago; this is because it did not comply to any particular trend when it was completed, nor is it still complying with any current trends, in the best way.
